Job Duties

  • Supervise activities of Food and Beverage outlets
  • assist manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service
  • train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff
  • support daily operational management
  • collaborate with culinary and bar teams to maintain menu and service standards
  • monitor inventory and assist with budget management
