Job Duties
- Supervise activities of Food and Beverage outlets
- assist manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff
- support daily operational management
- collaborate with culinary and bar teams to maintain menu and service standards
- monitor inventory and assist with budget management
