The Food and Beverage Manager in Training role within Hilton Omaha's Food and Beverage Division is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual eager to grow their career in hospitality management. Serving brunch daily and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, its kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and offers fresh twists on supper club classics such as prime rib carved tableside, along with an impressive full bar that features classic and inventive cocktails made with locally sourced spirits. This dynamic environment provides a unique platform for the Food and Beverage Manager in Training to develop skills in managing quality food services and innovative beverage programs.

Job Duties

  • collaborate with culinary and bar teams to maintain menu and service standards
