Job Duties
- Supervise the activities of the food and beverage outlets
- Assist manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff
- Oversee daily operational functions of food and beverage services
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to enhance guest experience
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
