Job Duties

  • Supervise the activities of the food and beverage outlets
  • Assist manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service
  • Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff
  • Oversee daily operational functions of food and beverage services
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
