Job Requirements
- 4-year college degree preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in hospitality management
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Computer experience required

Job Duties
- Participate in 6-month rotational program through Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations
- Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations
- Develop guest service excellence skills
- Manage and lead each department independently during rotations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Assist with operational and administrative duties
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth hotel functioning
