Job Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism Management
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in hospitality management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Computer experience required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Participate in 6-month rotational program through Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations
  • Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations
  • Develop guest service excellence skills
  • Manage and lead each department independently during rotations
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Assist with operational and administrative duties
  • Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth hotel functioning
