Job Description

Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
- 4+ years of experience in event management or marketing, focusing on corporate meetings, brand activations, or conferences
- Proficiency in building registration sites through the CVENT platform
- Budget management skills and the ability to control costs effectively
- Experience in influencing teams and senior partners
- Experience in managing trade shows, exhibits diagraming, vendor management, and prospectus development
- Ability to identify target audiences and create engaging campaigns
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (up to 20% annually)
- Comfortable with physical labor related to event setup and breakdown
