Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in event production management and/or related field
  • ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, specifically around the clock scheduling and operations for the duration of festival events
  • ability to partner cross-functionally, lead through influence, and work with a diverse team
  • knowledge of theatrical/event production process, standards, and management
  • excellent written communication skills
  • ability to operate and thrive in a fast paced, global environment

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven experience in event production management and/or related field

  • knowledge of theatrical/event production process, standards, and management
  • excellent written communication skills
  • capable of articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plans

  • positivity, a critical eye, a passion for continuous improvement, and ability to learn new things
  • knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and/or gaming/entertainment industry a plus

Job Duties

  • craft and lead event strategies, tactics, project plans and logistics for a cross functional team to implement while keeping timelines and budgets on track
  • coordinate contract routing and purchase order requests to ensure the lowest cost and highest quality of service and handle vendor relationships
  • provide ongoing and timely communications with venue managers, vendors and the festival operations team regarding each festival event’s structure and needs
  • lead on-site operations on day of live events including logistics, travel, lodging, staffing schedules and training
  • compile post event results to highlight customer behaviors that can inform future marketing efforts
  • stay up to date on industry trends, releases, and developments
