Job Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in event production management and/or related field
- ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, specifically around the clock scheduling and operations for the duration of festival events
- ability to partner cross-functionally, lead through influence, and work with a diverse team
- knowledge of theatrical/event production process, standards, and management
- excellent written communication skills
- ability to operate and thrive in a fast paced, global environment
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in event production management and/or related field

- capable of articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plans

- knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and/or gaming/entertainment industry a plus
Job Duties
- craft and lead event strategies, tactics, project plans and logistics for a cross functional team to implement while keeping timelines and budgets on track
- coordinate contract routing and purchase order requests to ensure the lowest cost and highest quality of service and handle vendor relationships
- provide ongoing and timely communications with venue managers, vendors and the festival operations team regarding each festival event’s structure and needs
- lead on-site operations on day of live events including logistics, travel, lodging, staffing schedules and training
- compile post event results to highlight customer behaviors that can inform future marketing efforts
- stay up to date on industry trends, releases, and developments
