Doc's is a vibrant waterfront restaurant located on Bainbridge Island, known for its fun and fast-paced atmosphere. The position available is a full-time Front of House (FOH) Manager role, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a hardworking team. The FOH Manager will directly support the General Manager by overseeing the front-of-house operations, managing a team of approximately 20 staff members. This includes ensuring smooth service across all dining areas and maintaining high standards that align with the restaurant's established brand. Essential to the role is strong communication skills and the ability to project confidence and respect both with guests and team members, fostering a positive environment.
Ideal candidates will bring several years of experience in high-quality, fast-paced restaurants, equipped with knowledge of restaurant computer systems and RSI (restaurant sales and inventory) software, which are instrumental in ensuring efficient operations. The FOH Manager is expected to exhibit a positive, can-do attitude, always aiming to find ways to say "yes" to guest requests and staff needs to enhance overall satisfaction and teamwork.
