Responsibilities include guiding teams in assembling patient meal trays, managing catering services, and supporting food service operation continuity during emergencies or times of crisis. Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree and minimum four years of experience in food service or a related field
- additional equivalent work experience may substitute for degree
- relevant Masters degrees may substitute for work experience
- minimum three years of leadership experience
- minimum two years experience with PC based tools including Microsoft Office and Web applications
- Food Protection Manager Certification from recognized institutions

- minimum three years in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- minimum two years experience with PC based tools including Microsoft Office and Web applications

Job Duties
