Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Four years relevant experience required
- Two years relevant leadership experience required
- Must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Allegheny County Health Dept or other certified food protection manager certification required within 6 months of hire
- ANAB National Accreditation Board or Servsafe certified
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years of relevant experience
- Two years of relevant leadership experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to accommodate flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Certification as a food protection manager required within six months of hire
Job Duties
- Plan and implement programs and activities to meet the needs of patients and customers in accordance with budgetary expectations and quality assurance standards
- Maintain the electronic food and nutrition services tools and keep up with updates to ensure the highest accuracy
- Supervise the recruitment, hiring, and training of workforce and assure competency of personnel
- Manage and control resources and materials to ensure quality and adequacy of supply
- Perform annual customer service training for all front and back of house associates
- Plan, control and monitor budget standards and expectations by maintaining expenses and man-hour utilization
- Direct and supervise daily food service operations compliance according to HACCP and regulatory requirements
