Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of relevant experience
- Two years of relevant leadership experience
- Ability to accommodate flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Certification from Allegheny County Health Department or other certified food protection manager certification within 6 months of hire
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Certified food protection manager certification within 6 months of hire (ANAB or Servsafe Certified)
Job Duties
- Plan and implement programs and activities to meet patient and customer needs in accordance with budgetary expectations and quality assurance standards
- Maintain electronic food and nutrition services tools and stay updated for accuracy
- Supervise recruitment, hiring, and training of workforce and assure personnel competency
- Manage and control resources and materials to ensure quality and adequate supply
- Perform annual customer service training for all front and back of house associates
- Plan, control, and monitor budget standards by maintaining expenses and man-hour utilization
- Direct daily food service operations compliance with HACCP and regulatory requirements
- Mentor students
- Manage and maintain food service systems for high-quality outcomes
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools for operational analysis
- Provide daily huddles, regular in-service and ongoing education for food and nutrition staff
- Perform duties as assigned
