The featured role is Manager, Food and Beverage, located at the Sanford Sports Complex in Sioux Falls, SD. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage budgets, monitor business volume forecasts, and plan manpower, productivity, and cost controls
  • Administer menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control, and monthly inventory audits
  • Maintain sanitation standards and equipment upkeep to ensure food safety and operational readiness
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and other departments to coordinate events and service needs
