Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and budgets
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Experience in recruitment and staff training
- Ability to work flexible hours including on site support
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proven experience in food and beverage management

- Experience with financial reporting and budget management
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and operational evaluation experience
- Experience working with boards and stakeholders
- Flexibility to work on site when needed
Job Duties
- Drive increase in additional F&B revenue
- P&L accountability to operating budgets through financial reporting and F&B operations
- Lead customer service and resident experience improvements through development and improvement of F&B SOPs and best practices
- Create implementation plans to support the execution of F&B programs, products, pricing and menu changes in conjunction with association board, developer and management teams
- Assist properties with people, talent recruitment, mentor, train, to develop and manage F&B teams to maximize profitability and develop a service culture
- Conduct evaluations and present recommendations, strategic options and business plans to associations in the areas of F&B
- Support growth and sales process to communities with F&B operations
- Ability to work on site to support and or cover for property position deficits
- Perform detailed evaluation reports on properties to ensure communities are in compliance with F&B standards as assigned by the VP of Community Solutions in conjunction with the association
- Assist in recruiting and interview efforts
- Review and assist in F&B budgets for properties, assess and evaluate new properties, complete F&B transition checklists and performance improvement plans
- Review, develop, and update service standards for all F&B operations
