Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and budgets
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Experience in recruitment and staff training
  • Ability to work flexible hours including on site support
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Experience with financial reporting and budget management
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning and operational evaluation experience
  • Experience working with boards and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work on site when needed

Job Duties

  • Drive increase in additional F&B revenue
  • P&L accountability to operating budgets through financial reporting and F&B operations
  • Lead customer service and resident experience improvements through development and improvement of F&B SOPs and best practices
  • Create implementation plans to support the execution of F&B programs, products, pricing and menu changes in conjunction with association board, developer and management teams
  • Assist properties with people, talent recruitment, mentor, train, to develop and manage F&B teams to maximize profitability and develop a service culture
  • Conduct evaluations and present recommendations, strategic options and business plans to associations in the areas of F&B
  • Support growth and sales process to communities with F&B operations
  • Ability to work on site to support and or cover for property position deficits
  • Perform detailed evaluation reports on properties to ensure communities are in compliance with F&B standards as assigned by the VP of Community Solutions in conjunction with the association
  • Assist in recruiting and interview efforts
  • Review and assist in F&B budgets for properties, assess and evaluate new properties, complete F&B transition checklists and performance improvement plans
  • Review, develop, and update service standards for all F&B operations
