Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food and beverage
- flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
- experience driving business, revenue, controlling cost, guest satisfaction and employee engagement
- demonstrated experience leading teams to achieve or exceed goals
- strong attention to detail and time management
- comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- proficiency with desktop and hospitality software including Microsoft Office Suite, payroll systems, POS
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- high proficiency with food safety and sanitation practices, rules and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year leadership experience in food and beverage
- demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve or exceed goals
- comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- proficiency with hospitality software including Microsoft Office Suite, payroll systems, and POS
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- highly proficient with food safety and sanitation practices
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- manager-level certification in food safety and alcohol awareness preferred
- effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- prior management experience in hotel or resort industry preferred
