- demonstrates understanding of policies and procedures applicable to situations and operations in a business area
- displays knowledge of company structure and operations to resolve problems, make decisions and achieve business objectives
- coaches and develops others using career development processes and tools
- investigates incidents and responds to requests, problems, crises and critical situations
- identifies causes, documents findings, and determines responses and next steps
- manages physical assets such as machinery, vehicles, equipment and supplies

Job Duties
- Conducts cost-benefit analysis to determine which vehicles require repair or disposal
- reviews reports to license and permit active assets
