Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of leadership experience or three years of equivalent combination of culinary education and experience
- Registered Dietitian or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required within 24 months
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification required upon hire
- ServSafe Allergen (ServSafe Gen) certification required within 60 days
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain and administer culinary and nutrition services
- Assist with creating patient and retail service standards and ensure adherence
- Conduct sanitation and performance audits regularly
- Identify staff learning needs and provide opportunities for development
- Manage operational needs of patient non-interactive positions
- Maintain regulatory compliance and infection control practices
- Communicate with staff and customers regarding service levels and promote patient satisfaction
- Conduct patient rounding and visitations
- Coordinate nutrition program standards with other departments
- Manage staffing and workload assignments reflecting cost efficiency
- Recruit, hire, and manage staff performance
- Conduct job shadowing audits and provide coaching
- Collaborate in menu development prioritizing culinary excellence, innovation, and sustainability
- Participate in hospital committees as required
- Oversee and plan menus for special events and catering
- Travel to assist with events at other campuses as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
