The role of Manager of Events & Brand Experiences at Caruso is an exciting and dynamic opportunity that plays a crucial part in shaping the company’s event programming and brand collaborations. This position acts as the in-house events agency, servicing multiple departments and properties, and is responsible for the full cycle management of events—from conception through execution and analysis. The Manager will devise and implement Caruso Signature Events aimed at increasing foot traffic, attracting targeted audiences, expanding market share, and boosting sales. By integrating strategic planning with creative event ideation, this role ensures each event aligns with the company’s marketing and property objectives while fostering meaningful connections with retailers and clients for repeat business.
Key responsibilities include managing all logistical aspects of events such as client communication, vendor coordination, site logistics, and inventory oversight. The Manager will maintain and oversee the events calendar, including signature, marketing, PR, and sponsorship programs, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams. Collaborating closely with marketing, property management, and tenant teams, this role supports innovative and impactful programming, including grand openings and tenant-driven events.
Another focal area is driving measurable outcomes by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), calculating return on investment (ROI), and delivering comprehensive event recaps to stakeholders. The Manager will also handle departmental administrative functions, such as processing invoices, managing contracts, and monitoring budgets in coordination with in-house designers.
Candidates must bring a minimum of five years of experience in marketing, events planning, or special events, along with proficiency in event production, logistics, and marketing channels like digital, PR, and social media. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with excellent client relationship and leadership skills. Mastery of tools such as MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, and CRM/SalesForce is preferred to support the multifaceted demands of the position.

Job Duties

- Collaborate cross-functionally to foster innovative programs and communicate across the organization
- Manage all elements of events including client communications, vendor relations, site logistics, inventory management, load-ins, and load-outs
- Oversee the Events Calendar encompassing Signature, Marketing, PR, and Sponsorship events
- Facilitate event debriefings and recaps for internal and external stakeholders
