Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, business, or similar major preferred
- minimum 2 years of relevant event management experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- proficiency in event booking software
- ability to supervise staff
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, business, or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years of event management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CAD experience preferred
- ability to effectively supervise staff
- proficiency in event booking and management software such as Venue Ops and Social Tables
- skilled in creating and implementing standard operating procedures
- strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- ability to work with minimal supervision and interact with all levels of staff and clients
Job Duties
- Pre-event and onsite communication
