Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year degree required
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Minimum of three years leadership experience in healthcare or hospital environmental services
- Strong knowledge of safety and infection control regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree
- Three plus years of leadership experience in a healthcare or hospital EVS role
- Strong knowledge of safety, infection control, and environmental regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the environmental services department
- Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and infection control standards
- Train, schedule, and supervise EVS staff to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and maintain cleaning protocols, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate with healthcare and safety teams to address environmental concerns
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for EVS protocols
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
