Established with a mission to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with chronic kidney disease, DaVita has grown into a community-first organization that values collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the company fosters a workplace culture where every teammate feels a sense of belonging and empowerment. DaVita's comprehensive approach to patient care is complemented by its dedication to creating a positive employee experience, recognizing that engaged and motivated teammates are crucial to delivering exceptional service.

As a Manager of Employee Experience for the Revenue Cycle at DaVita, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal culture and communication landscape within a vital department that handles key financial operations. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and offers an annual salary range of $78,000 to $115,000, reflecting the candidate's qualifications, experience, and competencies. The role is full-time and provides access to extensive benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and more.

In this leadership role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and implementing an engaging internal communications strategy for the Revenue Cycle team. Your expertise will drive clear, consistent, and inspiring messaging from leadership to all team members, ensuring that communication channels such as newsletters, emails, and intranet platforms are effectively utilized. You will also spearhead the planning and execution of large-scale events—both virtual and in-person—that recognize and celebrate the contributions of Revenue Cycle teammates, fostering camaraderie and morale.

Beyond communications and events, you will champion teammate feedback initiatives by actively listening and integrating their insights into your strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional partners in HR, Operations, and corporate communications will be key to aligning your efforts with broader company goals and maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, you will lead and mentor an administrative support team, ensuring operational efficiency and professional development within your group.

DaVita seeks a dynamic and creative leader with a proven track record in multi-channel communication and event management. If you have a passion for enhancing employee engagement, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to leadership development, this opportunity offers a rewarding environment to make a meaningful impact.
