Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets
- Confident, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to develop and maintain corporate partnerships
- Skilled in managing volunteers with diverse roles diplomatically
- Experience working with diverse communities and matrixed organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver confident and engaging presentations
- Proven multitasking ability in fast-paced settings
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media
- Ability to quickly learn Luminate/Convio software
- Willingness to travel up to 60% in assigned territory
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs of materials

- Proven ability to develop and nurture corporate relationships
- Experience managing diverse volunteer groups with diplomacy
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and in matrixed organizations
- Proficient in delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, social media, and ability to learn fundraising software
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel extensive distances and work some evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Build and sustain relationships with corporate and community leaders to drive fundraising success
- Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement best practices for event growth
- Develop and execute volunteer recruitment strategies including outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns
- Manage multiple volunteer-led mass-market events simultaneously, ensuring revenue growth
- Create engaging community outreach activities that promote the Alzheimer's Association mission
- Maintain year-round relationships with national and global team partners for coordinated chapter activities
- Handle event budgeting, set timelines and milestones, and use data to drive outcomes
