The Food Service Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal management position responsible for overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This role not only involves managing daily food service activities but also entails developing and implementing dining solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and tastes of clients and customers. The Food Service Manager leads a team to ensure outstanding service delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and quality.   • follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
  • lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  • plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the customer
