Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, engineering or an equivalent field or combination of high school diploma/GED and four years related experience
- Five years experience in manpower planning, business planning, resource planning, strategic planning or a related work
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Available for occasional overnight travel
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country
- Authorization to work in the US is required
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- Five years experience in manpower planning, business planning, resource planning, strategic planning or related work
- Demonstrated leadership experience

- Available for occasional overnight travel
- Authorization to work in the US
- Preferred Master's degree in Aviation, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering or related field
- Three years of experience in airlines
- Strong programming language capabilities
Job Duties
- Develop crew manpower plan and ensure the implementation and execution of the plan by coordinating across Flight Ops, Inflight, Finance, Crew Services and JetBlue University
- Develop, maintain and improve complex crew manpower systems
- Serve as the primary crew resource planning liaison
- Initiate and support operational and financial efficiency projects and business cases for Flight and Inflight
- Support budget and goal development for operational business units
- Develop presentations and analysis for Senior department leaders on an ad hoc basis
- Establish and track key indicators for crew planning
- Create and maintain crew divisional dashboards
- Manage all aspects of project development including facilitating meetings, communication among project team members and monitoring adherence to deadlines
- Build and foster relationships with internal and external customers
- Lead development of crewmembers to support engagement, growth, and goal achievement
- Perform other duties as assigned
