With a rich history and forward-thinking approach, this aviation giant continuously strives to innovate and improve its services while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and career advancement.

The position of Manager, Compensation at American Airlines is a critical role within the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team under the People Division. This leadership role, reporting directly to the Director of Compensation, is essential to the design, implementation, and management of broad-based compensation programs that align with the company\'s pay philosophy, governance, and competitive positioning in the market. The Manager also provides strategic advice regarding offers, promotions, job grading, and retention actions, always aligning recommendations with the company\'s compensation philosophy and governance.

Furthermore, this position involves collaboration with cross-functional Compensation teams to support the development and communication of compensation program updates, job architecture, and policy changes. From travel perks allowing employees and their families to explore the globe to comprehensive health coverage effective from day one, the company prioritizes its workforce\'s health, wellness, and financial security. Additionally, employees have access to wellness programs, 401(k) retirement options with employer contributions, and other benefits like employee assistance, pet insurance, and travel discounts.

Joining American Airlines means becoming part of a caring community dedicated not only to its customers but equally to the professional growth and personal success of its team members.
