Job Requirements

Bs/Ba degree and 8 years of combined experience in Energy Efficiency, Customer Operations, Project Management, Regulatory, or Partnership Development
5 years of leadership experience including 5 years of management experience with direct supervision
Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed/cross-functional environment
Strong analytical and financial skills
Operational decision-making skills, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop solid working relationships, foster an inclusive work environment, and respect diversity
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
