Currently, Platinum Dining Group is expanding its elite management team at Capers & Lemons Italian Restaurant. The company is seeking dynamic and driven leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environments. This role is ideal for career-minded individuals who possess at least two years of full-service restaurant management experience and a natural ability to coach, motivate, and elevate a team.
