We are currently seeking an energetic and well-organized Banquet Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of all banquet services and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer care. The Banquet Manager will work closely with the Catering Manager and Head Chef to meet and exceed customer expectations through effective planning, coordination, and supervision of banquet operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling the cost and quality of services, preparing venues, and coordinating meal services during events. You will design and implement event plans, supervise banquet staff, monitor food and beverage production, and ensure our venues are equipped and arranged according to plan. Success in this role requires extensive experience in managing banquet services within budget, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of food and beverage service background and prior hospitality experience
- experience in supervising banquet venue staff
- extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements
- in-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- food and beverage experience
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- TABC certificate and food handlers certificate required
- maintain positive and productive working relationship with other employees and departments
