The Manager – Associate Conference Engagement role is a dynamic and strategically important position focused on enhancing the experience of Gartner associates attending Destination Conferences. This hybrid role involves working closely with various internal stakeholders and conference teams to develop and execute strategies that improve associates' journeys to and experiences onsite at conferences. The primary goal is to maximize the business impact of associate participation through thoughtful, innovative programming and scalable engagement strategies. Responsibilities include building cross-functional relationships, managing multiple projects, developing and rolling out programs that streamline processes such as registration, housing, and onsite activation, and continuously collecting and analyzing associate feedback to evolve strategies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is comfortable managing diverse initiatives across different regions and associate roles, adept at communication and collaboration, and focused on continuous improvement. Gartner offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $104,000 for this position, with additional bonuses or incentive plans based on performance.
