Job Requirements

  • High school graduate general studies
  • Two years of leadership experience or three years of equivalent combination of culinary education and culinary experience
  • SERVSAFE Manager upon hire
  • Servsafe General Certification within 60 days
  • Registered Dietitian within 24 months or Certified Dietary Manager within 24 months
  • Associates degree in culinary arts or hospitality management or commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate general studies

  • Servsafe General Certification within 60 days
  • Registered Dietitian within 24 months or Certified Dietary Manager within 24 months
  • Associates degree in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred
  • Experience in food service management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee preparation, distribution, and storage of all food items
  • Plan and prepare regular and modified menus including special events
  • Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and assist in catering production
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
  • Conduct sanitation and performance audits regularly
  • Direct patient non-interactive positions, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with staff and customers regarding service quality
