Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- strong communication skills
- ability to read, write and speak English
- basic computer skills
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred
- Food Service Safe Certification (CPFS) preferred
- physical ability to perform medium work
- exert up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently
- bring humankindness to the workplace
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with creating patient and retail service standards and ensuring they are met
- conduct sanitation audits and performance audits regularly
- identify current learning needs and manage training processes
- follow purchasing agreements and compliance goals
- direct patient non-interactive positions and maintain regulatory compliance
- maintain communication to promote patient satisfaction
- conduct patient rounding and visitations frequently
- ensure nutrition programs meet regulatory standards
- maintain efficient staffing and assign workload
- recruit, hire, and manage staff performance
- conduct job shadowing audits and provide coaching
- collaborate in menu development focusing on culinary excellence and sustainability
- participate in hospital committees
- plan menus for special events and catering and travel as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
