Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Experience in full service, fast casual or similar dining environments
- Experience in serving, cooking, or bartending is an advantage
- Ability to work a 5-day work week
- Willingness to commit to a starting salary of 50000
- Legal authorization to work in Mansfield, TX
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be a team player
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management and staff scheduling systems

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality
- Supervise and support staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Implement company policies and contribute to team development and leadership
