Job Requirements

  • One or more years of experience preferred
  • Experience in full service, fast casual or similar dining environments
  • Experience in serving, cooking, or bartending is an advantage
  • Ability to work a 5-day work week
  • Willingness to commit to a starting salary of 50000
  • Legal authorization to work in Mansfield, TX
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be a team player

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality
  • Supervise and support staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Implement company policies and contribute to team development and leadership
