Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a high-volume bar/restaurant management role
- Strong bar knowledge and workflow experience
- Proven ability to run busy service
- Scheduling and labor management experience
- Organized, fast, and calm under pressure
- High standards, no ego
- Comfortable working closely with ownership and outside partners

Job Duties
- Execute cocktails, batching, and prep to spec
- Maintain speed, consistency, and organization across all wells
- Enforce systems and provide feedback to improve them
- Lead high-volume service (matches, nights, weekends)
- Control pace, solve problems, and maintain guest experience
- Be present and decisive on the floor
- Build schedules aligned with sales and volume
- Manage cuts, breaks, and shift flow
- Hit labor targets
- Train staff on systems
- Run focused pre-shifts
- Hold clear performance standards
