Financial stewardship is a vital part of this role. The Restaurant Manager will drive sales by effectively executing marketing initiatives and controlling labor and food costs. They will also oversee cash management and safety protocols to guarantee a secure environment for both guests and staff. Analyzing business performance data and environmental factors will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and setting achievable goals. A focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, contributing to an inviting and safe dining experience.
As a pivotal member of our franchise team, the Restaurant Manager will also complete all required training, including ServSafe certification, to maintain the highest levels of food safety and operational competency. This position demands a leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, adept in financial management, and experienced in restaurant or retail supervision. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
