Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory role
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Completion of ServSafe certification or willingness to complete
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing in English
  • Skilled in math and financial management
  • Demonstrated guest focus and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in building effective teams and managing conflicts
  • Proven ability to develop direct reports and others through coaching

Job Duties

  • Promote a team environment by fostering respect and providing coaching and feedback
  • Hire, train, and develop staff while planning staffing levels to meet business needs
  • Lead and model exceptional guest service to ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Execute brand standards and systems consistently while promoting a sense of urgency
  • Drive sales and control labor, food costs, and cash through effective operational management
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness through preventative maintenance and adherence to policies
  • Analyze business results, identify opportunities, and action plan with team to meet goals
