The Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for general oversight of daily operations and restaurant management. This role includes staff management oversight and training; ensuring food preparation is done per guidelines; maintaining the highest quality of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation at the restaurant; verifying that customers experience a quality dining environment; and maintaining a sense of team cohesiveness. Restaurant Managers work 50 or more hours per week, with occasional requirements to work up to 60 hours per week depending on the volume of business. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive and productive workplace. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years quick service or fast food experience preferred
- 1-2 years food preparation experience preferred
- 1-2 years restaurant and cash handling experience preferred
- ability to handle stress under pressure and in fast-paced situations
- ability to work well with others and collaborate as a member of a team

- current certifications as required by state and local laws
