The Manager role at Apple Gilroy is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant environment while ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and quality. Physically, the role requires the ability to stand and exhibit well-paced mobility for up to 12-hour shifts and the capacity to lift between 25 to 50 pounds as necessary.
