Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements for Kitchen Managers
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- enforce responsible alcohol service policies and food safety standards
- ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
- monitor inventory and ordering to control food costs
- collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales and profit goals
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
