Job Requirements

2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
high school diploma or equivalent
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements for Kitchen Managers
ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
ability to lift 25-50 pounds
