Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and report to general manager
