Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to take guests’ orders
  • ability to operate a cash register
  • ability to read video monitors
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
  • availability to work any day and shift as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Internal promote preferred having experience as a team member, team leader, or assistant manager
  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • minimum of 1 year as a JIB assistant manager or similar experience
  • 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • self-starter with initiative and responsibility
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • ability to perform and understand basic math
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week especially on weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests

  • ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
  • respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment

  • recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
