Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality preferred, including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
- 1+ year supervisory or management experience required
- ability to pass background check
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred

- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Cultivate a team environment providing exceptional customer service
- assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline, and staff training execution
- develop weekly schedules ensuring appropriate staffing levels and lead coverage
- lead and motivate staff leveraging individual strengths for customer satisfaction and productivity
- select and develop staff and trainers for leadership roles
- execute employee recognition and incentive programs
- assist with inventory and expense controls
- manage all operations including entertainment, food and beverage, attractions, and property inspections
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards
- perform other duties as assigned
