At Urban Air Adventure Park Denison, the role of Manager is pivotal in driving the operational success while nurturing the company’s dynamic culture of "Activating Awesome." This role entails comprehensive leadership responsibilities, including motivating staff, instilling accountability, and ensuring all operational facets are executed seamlessly. The Manager will lead strategic initiatives and uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This includes supervision over entertainment offerings, food and beverage services, attractions, and regular property inspections to maintain a pristine environment. A vital compenent of the role is to cultivate a team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service by promoting individual strengths and fostering a collaborative environment.

Moreover, the Manager is responsible for staff management tasks such as hiring, retention, coaching, and disciplinary actions, as well as orchestrating staff training programs and employee recognition initiatives. Developing weekly work schedules that ensure appropriate staffing levels and lead coverage to maximize customer experience is a key operational duty. The ideal candidate is a professional yet energetic leader with the ability to motivate others, effectively communicate, and positively influence team dynamics. Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality preferred, including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • 1+ year supervisory or management experience required
  • ability to pass background check
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Cultivate a team environment providing exceptional customer service
  • assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline, and staff training execution
