Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality preferred, including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • 1+ year supervisory or management experience required
  • ability to pass background check
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Cultivate a team environment providing exceptional customer service
  • assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline, and staff training execution
  • develop weekly schedules ensuring appropriate staffing levels and lead coverage
  • lead and motivate staff leveraging individual strengths for customer satisfaction and productivity
  • select and develop staff and trainers for leadership roles
  • execute employee recognition and incentive programs
  • assist with inventory and expense controls
  • manage all operations including entertainment, food and beverage, attractions, and property inspections
  • maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
  • improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
