Job Requirements
- proven ability to drive positive results
- minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- ability to run great shifts
- demonstrated understanding of the business
- servsafe certification or ability to pass
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods with or without accommodations
