As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be on the front lines, managing day-to-day operations of the sports bar with a focus on delivering the ultimate fan experience. Your role will encompass overseeing the performance and execution of the Hospitality, Take-Out, Delivery, and Server Teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. In some cases, you'll also directly manage Servers. This position not only involves operational supervision but also offers the exciting opportunity to lead in-house marketing initiatives and the execution of the rewards program designed to keep customers engaged and loyal.

The role requires a strong understanding of relevant business operations including labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and security procedures. Your ability to work with computer systems and technology for business operation will be critical. Candidates for this position should ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent, proper food handling and alcohol dispensing certifications as required by law, and preferably two or more years of management experience. A bachelor’s degree is a notable plus. This job demands a hands-on leadership approach with a passion for training and developing team members to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.
