Job Requirements

Open availability
Willingness to work 50 hour work weeks
Updated TABC and Manager Food Safety Certificate
Restaurant experience required
Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
Two years of previous management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation
Ability to operate computer systems
Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

Oversee hospitality, take-out, delivery, and server team member execution and performance
Ensure smooth daily operations of the sports bar
Lead in-house marketing initiatives
Execute the rewards program
Train and develop team members
Maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
Manage and support servers when necessary
