  • minimum one year assistant manager experience
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate cash register
  • servsafe certification required
  • valid drivers license and insurance
  • ability to work 45+ hours per week
  • availability on weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • minimum one year experience as JIB assistant manager or similar role
  • internal promotion preferred
  • certified 100 percent in all workstations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • self-starter with initiative
  • ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 lbs
  • ability to operate cash register and read video monitors
  • servsafe certification or equivalent required
  • basic math skills
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • valid drivers license and insurance
  • ability to use personal vehicle for business travel
  • integrity and ethical behavior
  • available to work minimum 45 hours per week
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • manage overall restaurant operations
  • train and lead restaurant staff
