- minimum one year assistant manager experience
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ability to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate cash register
- servsafe certification required
- valid drivers license and insurance
- ability to work 45+ hours per week
- availability on weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalency
- minimum one year experience as JIB assistant manager or similar role
- internal promotion preferred
- certified 100 percent in all workstations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter with initiative
- ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 lbs
- ability to operate cash register and read video monitors
- servsafe certification or equivalent required
- basic math skills
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- valid drivers license and insurance
- ability to use personal vehicle for business travel
- integrity and ethical behavior
- available to work minimum 45 hours per week
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- manage overall restaurant operations
- train and lead restaurant staff
- ensure delivery of quality food and excellent service
- maintain clean and safe environment
- build restaurant sales and profits
