Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in management or similar role
- ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- must attain ServSafe certification
- must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to accept responsibility and work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Internal promote preferred
- high school diploma or equivalency
- minimum of 1 year as a JIB assistant manager or similar experience
- 100 percent certified in all workstations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter with initiative
- ServSafe certification or equivalent required
- ability to perform basic math
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
- availability to work minimum 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
- model a guest comes first attitude with a friendly and positive spirit
- ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders while conveying a sense of urgency
- respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally and timely
- create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- maintain restaurant cleanliness following company procedures
- utilize management information tools to analyze performance
- identify trends and implement improvement action plans
- focus on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
- monitor costs to adhere to budgets and goals
- make decisions aligned with company policies and goals
