Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in management or similar role
  • ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • must attain ServSafe certification
  • must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to accept responsibility and work in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Internal promote preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • minimum of 1 year as a JIB assistant manager or similar experience
  • 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • self-starter with initiative
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent required
  • ability to perform basic math
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
  • availability to work minimum 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests

  • ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders while conveying a sense of urgency
  • respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally and timely
  • create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment

  • maintain restaurant cleanliness following company procedures
  • utilize management information tools to analyze performance
  • identify trends and implement improvement action plans

  • monitor costs to adhere to budgets and goals
  • make decisions aligned with company policies and goals
