The Restaurant Manager role at Jack in the Box is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in management or similar role
  • ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • must attain ServSafe certification
  • must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to accept responsibility and work in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Internal promote preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • minimum of 1 year as a JIB assistant manager or similar experience
  • 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • ServSafe certification or equivalent required
  • ability to perform basic math

  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
