Job Description

We are a reputable restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Known for our inviting atmosphere and high-quality service, our establishment prides itself on cultivating a warm and welcoming environment for both customers and team members. As a frontline player in the hospitality industry, our commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of our operations from the kitchen to the front of house. We operate with a strong focus on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to maintain our standing as a preferred dining destination.

We are currently seeking a skilled FOH (Front of House) Manager to join our leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front of house, including managing servers, bussers, and barbacks, as well as maintaining the restaurant’s presentation, cleanliness, and stock. The FOH Manager plays an essential part in ensuring that both our guests and staff experience seamless service by opening and closing the restaurant, conducting pre-shift meetings, and leading ongoing training initiatives. This position requires a proactive leader who can address customer issues thoughtfully and create a positive team culture that aligns with our core values.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling customer interactions, transforming feedback into actionable improvements, and consistently implementing service excellence standards such as the less than one-minute greeting rule. Managing labor costs effectively while supporting revenue growth through grassroots marketing and in-store promotions is also a critical aspect of the position. The FOH Manager collaborates closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager, assisting in inventory control, vendor relationship management, and ensuring all restaurant equipment remains in excellent working order. Furthermore, the role demands proficiency in various office tools including POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet research to support daily operations.

This is a full-time employment opportunity offering competitive compensation. The FOH Manager role is ideal for candidates with robust leadership skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a passion for hospitality management. Join us and be a key contributor to an energetic team dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest experiences that keep patrons returning.
