Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Pass company background check
- Valid driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Obtain valid state-approved Seller/Server Certification within 90 days
- Obtain health certification within 90 days
- No visible tattoos on head, neck, or face above uniform
- Tattoos on arms or hands must be less than one inch unless concealed
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential job functions as listed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- Competence in using computer and calculator
- Professional personal appearance
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to resolve guest issues tactfully
Job Duties
- Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members to ensure excellent guest service

- Manage overall operations ensuring increased sales profitability and employee retention
- Interact with customers providing excellent guest service and resolving complaints
- Motivate team members to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service in clean surroundings
- Assume full accountability for restaurant profit and loss, implement marketing strategies, manage labor and inventory, and review financial reports
- Operate point of sale terminal effectively
