The Manager role at Beyond Juicery + Eatery's Bloomfield location is a full-time position offering an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $20.00, reflecting experience and skills. The Manager plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant by supervising day-to-day activities, leading and motivating a team of up to six employees, and maintaining high standards in food preparation and customer service. The responsibilities of the Manager include preparing and serving food, smoothies, and juices based on established recipes and company standards, taking customer orders with accuracy and upselling when appropriate, and safely operating kitchen equipment such as blenders, juice machines, grills, and knives. The Manager also upholds food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment. Managing inventory by monitoring product levels and replenishing supplies ensures availability and freshness of all offerings.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of restaurant management or hospitality management experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- excellent communication skills
- basic math and cash handling proficiency
- ability to manage a team of up to six people

Job Duties
