- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Protects and promotes the Whataburger brand at all times
- Schedules training as directed by the unit's/shift staffing plan
- Maintains professional relationships with team members
- Communicates harassment complaints and policy violations appropriately
- Prepares and presents ideas and recommendations
- Communicates directions clearly and ensures follow-up

- Uses on-the-spot training to improve performance
- Evaluates and provides feedback on team member performance

- Completes administrative tasks and paperwork
- Places food and supply orders
- Conducts safe audits and shift inventories
- Posts invoices
- Ensures accurate personnel and timekeeping records
- Reviews sales/labor analysis and shift reports
- Provides restaurant safety audits and inspections
- Completes incident/accident reports accurately
- Validates team member sales performance
- Reviews staffing and operating plans
- Ensures timely hiring and orientation
- Prepares reports for senior management
- Assumes additional assigned responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains community relationships
- Greets customers and solicits feedback
- Maintains a clean, organized, quality eating environment
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility with company assets
- Ensures accurate cash handling
- Controls labor expense in relation to sales
- Achieves sales and budgeted gross operating profit
