  • Schedules training as directed by the unit's/shift staffing plan
  • Maintains professional relationships with team members
  • Communicates harassment complaints and policy violations appropriately

  • Ensures accurate personnel and timekeeping records
  • Reviews sales/labor analysis and shift reports
  • Provides restaurant safety audits and inspections
  • Completes incident/accident reports accurately
  • Validates team member sales performance
  • Reviews staffing and operating plans
  • Ensures timely hiring and orientation
  • Prepares reports for senior management
  • Assumes additional assigned responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains community relationships
  • Greets customers and solicits feedback
