Urban Air is dedicated to creating fun and inspiring environments designed to help kids and families enjoy recreational activities while encouraging kids to aim higher and surpass their limitations. The company prides itself on fostering a strong, supportive team environment where employees work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences across various event types, from birthday parties to corporate events and special themed nights like Teen Night. Employment with Urban Air offers an engaging workplace culture that values hard work, responsibility, and light-heartedness, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence. The position of Manager is a critical role within the park’s operations, requiring a leader who can embrace and promote the company’s team-oriented culture. This role involves hands-on management of the facility and staff, ensuring that the park runs smoothly and safely during operational hours. Managers receive comprehensive training designed to arm them with all the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to succeed in managing every aspect of the park's operations, from event execution to safety protocols. This employment opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere. As a Manager, you will have the responsibility to open and close the park on designated days, supervise on-site staff to maintain optimal performance and customer service, and oversee inventory and maintenance to keep the park safe and enjoyable for all visitors. Promoting a culture of safety and teamwork amongst employees and customers alike is fundamental to the role. Working in this capacity at Urban Air Pittsburgh (East) means contributing to an innovative company committed to excellence and diversity, as Urban Air is an equal opportunity employer.
