As a Manager at BurgerWorks, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the operational and leadership aspects of the restaurant. Employed on a full-time basis with a competitive pay scale ranging from $18.00 to $22.50 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses and potential medical benefits depending on eligibility, this role offers both professional and financial growth. You will primarily support the Operating Partner by overseeing daily restaurant operations and managing a team of Team Leaders who directly contribute to the restaurant’s success. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that each customer receives excellent service and that every team member is engaged and motivated to achieve their best performance.

Your responsibilities will include enforcing company policies and brand quality standards meticulously to maintain BurgerWorks’ reputation for excellence. This incorporates optimizing profits by carefully controlling food, beverage, and labor costs, which is vital for the restaurant’s financial health. Additionally, you will lead the training and development of new hourly team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your operational oversight also includes ensuring food quality and service standards, administrative tasks, inventory management, and the timely completion of projects assigned by the Operating Partner.
