The Cafe Manager position at Panera is a critical leadership role focused on overseeing bakery-cafe operations, ensuring that both guests and associates have the best possible experience. Cafe Managers are responsible for leading a motivated, enthusiastic team, developing employees, and maintaining an inclusive, authentic Panera culture rooted in warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Reporting directly to the General Manager or District Manager, Cafe Managers play an integral role by managing team performance and building a positive work environment where staff are inspired to engage with bold ideas and take initiative.   • 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Food Safety Manager ServSafe certification or able to pass
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
