The Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing kitchen and dining area functions, upholding sanitation and safety regulations, and ensuring a consistently high level of food quality and customer service. This role will also drive revenue growth by controlling operational costs, reducing waste, and optimizing inventory management.

Beyond operational management, the Manager will actively engage with guests to enhance their experience, address and resolve complaints efficiently, and uphold the restaurant's image through community and vendor relationships. They will coordinate staff schedules, manage shifts, and provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to elevate team performance. Understanding and analyzing sales data and budgets to maximize profitability will be a critical element of the role. Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations

  • oversee opening and closing tasks and balance daily and nightly cash drawers

  • maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
  • understand budgets and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals while controlling food waste and labor costs
  • assist general managers in handling cash including accurate daily sales reports, petty cash, bank deposits and logging all deposits
  • manage day-to-day operations including staff scheduling and shift management
  • uphold company policies, procedures and values to promote a positive brand image
  • maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs to optimize profitability
  • monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation and quality standards
  • report facility concerns and submit maintenance requests
  • train, motivate and mentor team members with coaching and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment
