Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service and execute sales promotions
  • Train service staff and maintain organized front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • Oversee food production quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation to meet sales and profit goals
